All-inclusive electric vehicles are on the rise and the technology is being embraced by the world’s biggest automakers.
The question now is: what are the best off-roader hybrids?
The question is why?
And that is the crux of a report by Car and Driver, which looks at the best electric off-Road car designs in the world, from Tesla, to Volkswagen, to Mercedes.
The first five cars, from the Volkswagen Group, were chosen to represent each brand in the report.
The last five, including the Audi Q7 and BMW i3, were also chosen because they were the best all-electric cars of the past decade.
The report looks at five years worth of data to compile a list of the best hybrid models, which are then compared to the best of the other on-road vehicles.
The BMW i5, the Tesla Model S, and the Volvo XC90 are the top four all-in EVs of the last decade.
As for the Tesla, it was the second best all time, behind only the BMW i8, according to the report, which compares its performance to that of the Porsche 911 Turbo and Jaguar XE.
The Tesla is the fastest-selling car in the history of EVs.
That is impressive, but is it really the best?
The top three on the list, all-wheel drive, rear-wheel-drive and all-terrain, are the Volvo S90, the BMW XC60 and the Tesla XR90.
The S90 is the quickest all-time on the Road Trip and the fastest all-purpose SUV ever built, according the report and the BMW xC60 is a true all-rounder.
The XR is the best-selling all-up EV of the current decade, and it also ranks as the fastest on-Road EV, but it’s a little slower than the Tesla.
The Volvo XR70 also ranks among the top EVs of all-times, but its range is limited compared to other all-new vehicles, such as the Tesla S90.
The BMW XR80 was the first all-aluminum, all wheel drive SUV to hit the market and was one of the first electric vehicles ever built.
It has some impressive numbers: it can reach 80km/h in 3.8 seconds, is 0.5 seconds faster than the fastest car on the road, and has a range of 160 miles, compared to only 70 miles for the XR60 and 70 miles and a quarter for the BMW R90.
It’s the only all-motor SUV to reach 60 miles per charge.
The S70 is a hybrid SUV with all-day charging and the best range of any SUV in its class.
It is also the only electric vehicle to hit 50,000km on the test, and is also rated as one of its best in terms of all time.
It also has the best fuel economy, too, which is the third highest of all hybrids in the category.
Volkswagen has the second-highest average speed of any on-roading car, and also the third-highest fuel economy.
The electric X3 comes in at the top of the all-road list.
The Audi Q6 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class are the two best all around off- road vehicles.
In the all time rankings, the Audi A4 and the Q5 are both the fastest and best all wheel drives.
VW is also well ahead of the Tesla in the electric SUV category, having reached the top 10 all- time.
Tesla is a little behind the Audi, but also well above the BMW and Jaguar, with the Tesla R70 and the Model XE both topping the all electric SUV ranking.
The Volvo XE is the most popular SUV in the United States.
The company has made a name for itself with the XC70 and XE, which have won many awards.
The Model S and XC80 are also among the most successful electric cars ever built in the US.
The all-out electric XC 90 is also a popular model.
Tesla is the only automaker to have built a successful crossover SUV.
It offers two versions of the X crossover.
The one with a range rating of 240 miles and the XE with a 240 mile range.
The plug-in hybrid version is also offered.
The Volkswagen Group also has a lot of success in the off-highway car market, with its VW Golf, Golf R and Golf GT.
The R comes with a standard four-wheel powertrain and is the first off-the-road vehicle to be designed and built entirely by Volkswagen.
The GT, on the other hand, is an all-seater with all three wheels, and was designed and made by the company.
The Tesla Model 3 was launched in March 2020
